One of the main JSC GieDvarai business activities – Real Estate development projects. The greatest attention is given to large projects (from 100 million litas).

UAB “GieDvarai” is going to implement the GieDvarai settlement project in the year 2008 – 2016 in proprietary pertaining 76 hectare territory at Klaipedas (the seaport of Lithuania) Eastern suburb. 450 families is going to establish in the settlement in the year 2010 – 2016, service facilities are going to be explicated:
• Kinder garden including profile (music, art, dancing, logics, sports, foreign languages) education;
• School (primary, secondary, high school);
• Supermarket;
• Restaurant;
• Hotel;
• Sport and health complex, etc.

I. Establish a comfortable settlement  matching qualified living principles:
